Our Resipher device finally arrived!

It’s always been a challenge for us to be able to do Seahorse on subsets of T cells from ICU patients since our blood collection volumes are so low. We recently added the Resipher platform to our lab, which measures into the femtomol range of OCR, and we can get detectable signal down to as few as 8,000 T cells in our pilot experiments! This is going to open up a lot of experimental avenues for us and allow us to answer some really interesting questions using primary human immune cells immediately ex vivo.
